The Texas Good Sam Chapters is our State organization and is affiliated with The Good Sam Club. Our membership is made up of members throughout the Great State of Texas, as well as a few out of state members. Our Chapters are divided into various areas in which an Assistant State Director (ASD) is assigned, under the direction of the State Director, to handle various tasks related to those respective chapters. It is not necessary that you reside in the area of which the individual Chapter is assigned to. Membership in one of our chapters provides you with an excellent opportunity to meet regularly with a group of fellow rvers that share the love of camping, fun and fellowship. There are 100 chapters in our great state and each chapter is unique. In addition to chapter meetings, camp outs and travel adventures, our members meet twice a year for our Samboree, another great opportunity to get together for fun and fellowship with a larger number of rvers (400 plus rigs).
